Customer Service

We have a very easy warranty and return policy.

If you're not happy with a product, we will take it back without questioning as long as it is unused and in its original packing. Of course this is also for issues such as warranty, damaged products when delivered etc. Just let us know and we'll fix it.

In addition, a lot of products also have a warranty from the producer, such as the digital scales and vaporizers.

We are very easy with this, but please contact us first before you send a product back.
