  • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
    Almost all orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours after we received the payment for your order.

  • Is there discreet and secure packaging?
    Yes. We understand privacy is important for you. Every order is securely packed in a plain and discreet box. No stickers, logo's etc. on the outside which will expose or give a hint about the content of your package.

  • Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Except the category 'seeds'; we do not send any seeds outside the European Union.

  • Is product X legal in my country?
    We don't know. All the products we sell are legal in The Netherlands. We cannot provide any information on the legal status of a product in any other country. Please read our Terms & Conditions before you continue with your order. If we cannot send a product to a specific country for sure, it will be mentioned on its product page.

  • How do I cancel my order?
    You changed your mind? No problem. Just let us know by email or telephone and we will cancel your order. If your payment is already on the way, we will make a refund.

  • Is it OK to send a product back to you?
    In far out most cases this is not a problem whatsoever. If you're not happy with a product, we will take it back without questioning as long as it is unused and in its original packing. Of course this is also for issues such as warranty, damaged products when delivered etc. We are very easy with this, but please contact us first before you send it back.

  • How do I know you received my payment?
    When we receive your payment, you will be notified by email with a confirmation of the payment and your invoice.

  • The shopping cart is not working correctly. What's wrong?
    The problem is probably caused by your browser which might not accept cookies at the moment. Please change the settings in your browser.

  • If I send an email, which language can I use?
    We speak English and Dutch. We also have a large basic knowledge of German, French and Spanish though. English or Dutch is preferred, but you can take your pick
